I first came across the words 'of kinks and other things' upon perusal of a collection of short story. I then come to realise that I often sort out problems and thoughts by verbalising it or jotting them down. This blog was reborn* as a space for me to figure out the kinks in my life (which there are a lot of because I tend to go against what people tell me, i.e. I constantly sweat the small stuff even though Richard Carlson has told me not to in seven different books), and as an outlet for the many many words and thoughts running through my head.
